This week’s grocery haul is all about simplicity, balance, and making sure both me and Ermias have what we need! With a mix of meals that are easy to prep and tasty enough to keep Ermias happy, here’s what I’ve picked up:

🍎 Fruits & Veggies: Apples, bananas, avocados, cucumbers, carrots, and broccoli for quick snacking and to pack into meals. Plus, some tomatoes for our fresh salads! πŸ₯•

🍽️ Proteins: Chicken for my salad bowls and salmon bites (his favorite!), plus ground turkey for a quick skillet dinner. πŸ”πŸŸ

πŸ₯— Salad & Mix-ins: Salad mix, feta cheese, quinoa, and tzatziki sauce—keeping things fresh and simple for easy lunches and dinners. 🌿
